I don't think I've ever put so much play time into any non-MMORPG game. I've bought three early access games, and KSP is by far the best of the three. Some mods just add a few parts, some add functionality (surface scanning satellites, information readouts, in-situ resource utilization, robotics), some adjust the difficulty of the game, etc.
